Simple, transparent membership terms for PrePaid Rewards.
PrePaid Rewards is a monthly membership programme that provides access to discounts, rewards, vouchers, savings opportunities and partner benefits.
By applying for membership, accessing the website or using any PrePaid Rewards service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and provide accurate and complete information when applying.
Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred to another person.
By submitting an application, you authorise PrePaid Rewards to collect the monthly membership fee of R79 from the bank account supplied during your application.
You confirm that the banking details provided belong to you or that you are authorised to use the account for debit order collections.
Collections will take place on the debit order date selected during the application process.
If a debit order fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. PrePaid Rewards may re-present a failed debit order where legally permitted.
Any bank charges or fees resulting from insufficient funds or rejected payments remain your responsibility.
Benefits may include grocery savings, retail discounts, travel and accommodation offers, vouchers, lifestyle benefits, vehicle-related benefits, educational benefits and other partner promotions.
All benefits are subject to availability, partner participation, promotional periods, partner terms and conditions, and qualifying criteria.
PrePaid Rewards does not guarantee a minimum saving amount. Any savings values displayed on the website are potential benefits and may vary based on member usage and partner availability.
PrePaid Rewards may add, remove, replace or amend benefits and partners from time to time.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting PrePaid Rewards through an approved support channel.
Your cancellation will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Membership fees already collected are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a cancellation request is received after a debit order file has already been submitted for processing, the next collection may still proceed.
You agree that PrePaid Rewards may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone or website notification for membership administration, payment updates, benefit updates, service notices and promotional offers.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service and account-related communications may still be sent where required to manage your membership.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act.
By applying, you consent to PrePaid Rewards processing your personal information for membership administration, payment processing, customer support, rewards access and legal compliance.
PrePaid Rewards is not responsible for interruptions, errors, outages, declined partner redemptions, third-party service failures or changes to partner offers.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
